Merry Christmas, Meagan! This one's for you, my friend. Thank you for all you are and all you do. You are a sweet wise soul and I'm blessed to have you as my friend.
Everyone is welcome to download Meg's Partridge as well. Just go to my Freebies page, scroll down below the Stitcher's Alphabet blocks and click on the partridge.
I'm wishing everyone all over the world a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS wherever you are. May you find a cozy corner and a bit of time to stitch to your heart's content.
Love...Brooke
Thank you so much for this beautiful pattern. I'm stitching the Happy Couple right now and loving every minute of it!
Have a wonderful holiday and best wishes for the new year!

Ah, Annie...Coming from you, my fellow designer/stitcher pal...that's high praise. I love your blog, by the way. You choose the coolest things to design and stitch.

Thank you so much, Brooke. Partridge on a pear tree is one of my favourite holiday motifs! You just added another must to my tough list of projects for this season! ;)
Maybe in the upcoming years we might get 11 remaining motifs (calling birds and turtle doves, etc :o)

Thank you for the sweet compliment, Lily. I'm so glad you like it. Yes, I've always wanted to do a whole set of ornaments for the 12 Days of Christmas. God willing, I'll get to them one day. Thanks again.

Thank *You*! =))
I'm glad you feel that way. I won't even mind if it takes us 11 years to get there :o)
Merry Christmas!

Hi again :)
Now that I think of it... I would only care to embroider the birds from the song, not all the lords a-leaping or drummers drumming... ;0)
I'm starting the partridge this week!
Thank you

Thanks Lily...I totally get what you're saying about the birds. But then that's my task as a "designer"...To make you WANT to stitch 9 lords a leaping, etc...LOL! By the way, I don't think I'd design anything with each literal number of objects on it. Can you imagine...Literally 9 lords a leaping on one ornament? You'd never finish. By the way, this collection is definitely on my list but I don't want you to get your hopes up for it too soon because I've got a TON of designs I've committed to releasing first. It may be a couple of years yet. But, God willing, I'll get there. Thanks again for your awesome comments.

Thank you, Brooke. I totally agree with "make me want to stitch" part =) And I *can* imagine myself embroidering all 9 lords. Provided they are appealing to stitch... and not life size...
Ok, the lovely partridge (or rather pear tree & pot, so far) is already in progress. the only thing that stops me from finishing is that I'm expecting the right colors of floss.....
So definitely no hurry for the rest of the "collection" :) Just happy to have this 1 this winter!
